Man in custody after engaging in sexual activities with minor, police say
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - A man is behind bars after allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a minor, according to Albany Police (APD).
On April 30, 23-year-old Quinterius Worthy was involved in a physical altercation with a 14-year-old in the 200 block of Barton Drive.
APD said Worthy took the teen into a bedroom and engaged in sexual activities.
Worthy was interviewed by investigators and told them about several incidents where he was sexually involved with the minor.
Worthy was taken to the Dougherty County Jail and was charged with:
- 3 counts of sodomy
- Aggravated sodomy
