CLEVELAND, Ohio – Easter is this Sunday, and that means today is the final day for fish frys throughout Northeast Ohio.

Here’s where to go for your fish and fries, cod and cabbage and much more tonight, which is Good Friday - April 18. Reminder: Our guide is for non-profits – churches, VFW halls and others.

Here’s our guide, alphabetical by geography:

AMHERST: VFW Post 1662

Fried lake perch, fried shrimp or fried combo, $20. Include white bread, slaw and fries. Fried perch sandwich and fries, $9. Sides: Potato and cheese pierogis with onion, $5; mac and cheese, clam chowder, cabbage and noodles or fries, $3. Also: One pound of perch, $25. Beverages: Coffee, tea, water (soda and alcoholic drinks are available for a fee.) Cash only. Dine-in and takeout. Parking is available behind the post. For advance ordering after 4 p.m., call 440-988-8823. Info: 165 Cleveland Ave. Fry time: 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Fridays March 7 to April 18 (with exception of March 28).

CLEVELAND: Holy Name Church

Dinners include slaw, bread and butter and coffee or hot tea: Two-piece perch with fries, $15; six-piece shrimp with fries, $16; five-piece pierogi with sour cream and onions, $11; three pierogi, one piece of perch and cabbage and noodles, $15; two-piece baked tilapia with baked potato, $15; one piece perch, $5. Sides: Two shrimp, $5; fries, cabbage and noodles, two pierogies, eight hush puppies, $4 each; mac and cheese, $3; slaw, $1. Dessert, $2; soda or water, $1. Dine-in or takeout. COLUMBIA STATION: VFW Post 9340

Fried lake perch, $15; shrimp, $15; VFW burger platter, $12; chicken-finger platter, $10. Dinners come with slaw or applesauce and choice of fries, three pierogies, cabbage and noodles or mac and cheese. Kids’ menu: Junior burger, $6; chicken fingers, $5. Beverages: Coffee, tea, soda, $1. Cash bar. Dine-in or takeout. Cash only. Info: 25742 Royalton Road, 440-236-8111. Fry time: 5 to 7:30 p.m. Fridays March 7 to April 18.

OLMSTED FALLS: Donau Schwaben’s German American Cultural Center

Dinners: Baked tilapia, fried dish, golden shrimp dinner, coconut fried shrimp, chicken tenders and combo (fried fish with golden fried shrimp or coconut fried shrimp). Includes choice of baked potato or fries, slaw or applesauce, bread and butter. A la carte: Baked fish, fried dish, golden shrimp, coconut shrimp, chicken tenders, potato pancakes, pierogi with onion, mac and cheese, baked potato, fries, applesauce, slaw, sour cream, special dip sauce, traditional streusel cake, variety of cakes and tortes. Family pack (carryout only): Four pieces fried fish, two pieces of baked fish, 20 golden shrimp, three baked potatoes, fries, 12-ounce slaw, 12-ounce applesauce, bread and butter and a quart of mac and cheese. Dine-in and takeout. Full bar. Also: During Fridays in March, Girl Scout cookies will be available in the lobby. Pull-tabs (perforated lottery game) is available. Dinners: Fish, lightly hand-breaded with slaw and fries, $15 (extra piece of fish, $7); shrimp, five butterflied jumbo shrimp with slaw and fries, $15 (extra five shrimp, $10); clam strips, golden breaded with slaw and fries, $15 (extra order of clams, $10); five handmade potato and cheese pierogi with caramelized onions and cabbage and noodles, $12. Extra order of three pierogies, $4); shrimp po boy on hoagie bun with shredded lettuce, tomato sweet chili sauce and fries, $15. Sides: Seven hush puppies, $5; shrimp or clam strips, $10; four pierogis, $5; fries, $5. Rolls and butter given upon request with meal. Dine-in and takeout. Info: 6483 State Road, alpost572.org. PARMA: Parma Moose Lodge 1744

Dinners: Fried fish, shrimp or chicken tenders, $14. Includes fries or baked potatoes and slaw. Also: Eight-piece pierogi dinner with onions, sour cream and slaw, $10. Sides: One piece of fried fish or five shrimp, $5.50; four pierogies, $5; Mac and cheese, cabbage and noodles, fries or baked potato, $1.75. Dine-in or takeout. Cash only. TWINSBURG: British American Club

British-style fish and chips dinners in hand-dipped, made-from-scratch batter: Fish, shrimp, chicken or fish and shrimp dinners. Includes slaw, mushy peas (British specialty), bread, coffee or tea. Mac and cheese and kids’ dinners available. Cost: $14 to $18. Cash, checks. Full bar and takeout orders available. Info: 8564 Ravenna Road, baclubohio.com, 330-963-6370. Fry time: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Fridays March 7 to April 18.

VERMILION: Vermilion on the Lake clubhouse

Menu includes perch, chicken, shrimp or combo dinners and perch sandwich, and kids meals with chicken and fries or mac and cheese. Dinners include slaw, fries or mac and cheese, roll, butter, coffee or lemonade (soda for sale) and dessert. Dinners, $16-$19; perch sandwich platter, $14; children’s chicken fingers with fries or mac and cheese, $6. Cash or check. Tickets available at the door, no reservations. All proceeds are used to maintain the 100+ year-old log cabin on the Lake Erie shore. The clubhouse is a nonprofit charity. Includes DJ, dancing, BYOB and – if you’re lucky – a nice sunset. WILLOUGHBY: Elks Lodge No. 18

Dinners: Walleye ($17), three- or four-piece perch ($14-$17) and two- or three-piece seafood cake ($14-$17). Perch/shrimp combo ($14) and shrimp and steak dinners are available.
