Ipswich Town attacker Nathan Broadhead has been called up for Wales ahead of their first World Cup qualifying matches.
The Dragons discovered their opponents at the end of 2024, when they were drawn alongside Belgium, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein and North Macedonia in Group J.
Whoever finishes top will qualify for next summer's tournament in North America, while the second-place team will head into the play-offs.
Wales begin by hosting Kazakhstan in Cardiff on Saturday, March 22nd (7:45pm) before travelling to Skopje to take on North Macedonia on Tuesday, March 25th (7:45pm).
Broadhead was initially named in the Dragons' squad for their November fixtures, where they secured top spot in their Nations League B group, but a knock saw him withdraw shortly before the international break.
He now returns to work under Craig Bellamy, although Town team-mate Wes Burns has missed out after suffering a season-ending knee injury away at Liverpool back in January.
Broadhead has made four starts and eight cameo appearances in the Premier League this season, having also featured in all three FA Cup games.
The 26-year-old has 13 international caps to his name, having scored twice for this country.
