A Bomet man has earned praise from Kenyans after showing his simple house with an immaculate garden.

Majestic Bomet garden wows Kenyans

Peter Koros, posted the images in a Facebook group about building and construction of houses.

"Hustler's mansion. I trust in God amen," Koros captioned the photos of his well landscaped compound.

The images received thousands of likes, as Kenyans praised the beauty of Koros's home.

“I feel your peace. What a home,” commented one person.
“You have a. gift in landscaping. Job well done,” added another.

In a phone call with TUKO.co.ke, the 28-year-old from Raiya village disclosed that he embarked on the beautification process in 2020.

“I have always been passionate about landscaping and would grow flowers around the house from primary school. It took me less than a month to do the landscaping around my house.”

Koros said that the cost of the project was negligible, as he used locally sourced materials.

“I had a nursery for the plants so I did not spend any money. The challenging bit was the hard labour.”

Koros, who reached Form Four, said many people reached out to him to landscape their compounds after sharing the images.

People also visit his home for photo sessions.

“My inbox is full of messages. However, I am yet to pursue landscaping professionally,” he said, adding that he lacks the means to go for a diploma related to his passion.

He encouraged young people, saying:

“Do whatever you love and the money will come.”

Man makes helicopter from tuktuk

Elsewhere, a Ngara man caused abuzz online after modifying a tuktuk to look like a helicopter.

It even featured rotating propellers, a CCTV camera, and flashing lights. Frederick Onyango competed the contraption by painting it in the Kenyan flag colours.

Onyango, who previously made a viral robot shared his dream, story and challenges.
