Memorable fine arts achievement: Being published in two poetry books, once in 2016 and another this year. One of the poetry books was the "America's Library of Poetry."

Artist most admired: Halsey, an American singer.

Why did you join Brainonian: "This is my first year in yearbook and I get to take it both semesters. I really like photography and it's a class that does photography. I also like you get to control what goes into the yearbook, which is nice."

"I like the freedom we have in class. We can leave class if we need to do an interview or have to take photographs. We just work on what we need to work on."

What is your job: "Right now our next deadline is Oct. 31. I am asking kids questions for a poll. The poll I'm doing is what is the best TV show-'Stranger Things,' 'Riverdale' and '13 Reasons Why' or 'Neither.' I picked the poll as it's the top ... contending TV shows my group of friends like to argue about. My favorite is 'Riverdale.'

"During class I take pictures and edit some pages, do the polls ... I get to choose the layout. There are editors-in-chief, but everyone edits their own stuff. I really do like Mr. Jenson as a teacher and people in here are nice."

Goal you hope to accomplish: "My goal is next year to be chief editor. This year, I want to take pictures at C ball and prom, that's my goal."

Dream job: "I would say a social media influencer. This means, for instance if you go in Instagram, you promote a product and get paid for it. I would like it because of the hours. The work is totally up to you and you have a lot of freedom. I know one girl, who graduated last year, who does this for hair products."
