ZAMO’S ‘TINYEMBETI’ ON BONANG’S PLAYLIST

Nomzamo ‘Zamo’ Dlamini’s hard work is paying off as she now makes it on celebrated personalities’ playlists.
Bonang Matheba was on a mission to share some of the songs that have made it to her current playlist last Wednesday night and Zamo’s newest single ‘Tinyembeti’ made it to her list.


Expressing her gratitude, Zamo replied Matheba and said, “Ngiyabonga kakhulu, all love to you @bonang_m.,. Simply transalted as “Thank you very much.”

Bonang Matheba (born June 25, 1987) is a South African television personality, radio host and businesswoman. She is a former host of ‘The Front Row’ radio show on SABC’s Metro FM and the brand ambassador for Revlon Cosmetics South Africa. She is one of South Africa’s youngest millionaires.


Matheba’s influence in the entertainment industry is huge and one great mention from her opens international doors. This is evident with one particular Swazi socialite Sakhile ‘Oros’ Msibi, who after spending time as Bonang’s personal assistant and stylist, is now based in the United States of America Washington DC, being a stylist to the USA stars. Msibi has never shied away from being vocal about  how much the SA celebrity assisted her.


Zamoo’s   ‘Tinyembeti’  single has over 14 000 views on YouTube and has been making waves in the South African music channels radar . It is  continuously played on Trace Africa on a daily basis . The song’s success has been evident as most people have shown their support by taking videos of themselves singing along to the lyrics and posting on social media.
According to the star, the song was recorded in Randburg in Johannesburg, and it was produced by Afrotraction for KM Music a while ago.
“The release of this song is an introduction of an album in the pipeline,” she said.
The song was written by Press Music, a former Coca Cola Stars member.
“When I heard the song I could relate to it because of some of the things that I have been through,” said Dlamini.
She added, “We  record songs, never knowing  what the outcome would be but we pray and hope for the best. After a long break from releasing my own music, I was ready to give it a go and give it my all, the results are amazing.”
